Amerada Hess Announces Quarterly Dividend on Preferred Stock

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2004--The Board of Directors of Amerada Hess Corporation (NYSE: AHC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.875 per share payable on the 7.00% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation on December 1, 2004 to holders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2004.
