Amerada Hess Schedules Earnings Release Conference Call

Amerada Hess Corporation (NYSE: AHC) announced today that it will hold a conference
call on Thursday, January 25 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to discuss its
fourth quarter and year-end 2000 earnings release. To phone into the conference
